We accept returns for any reason within a 14 day period. 
Merchandise must be returned unopened, at your cost within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, please contact us to arrange the return. 
This does not impact your statutory rights and we want you to be happy, if there is a fault or problem please contact us so we can remedy. ​​
Shipping policy
Shipping costs are calculated via the total weight of the order and destination country. For the UK, shipping costs are free. Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated after you enter your shipping address and before you complete any purchase. Items are shipped expedited and tracked for all orders, you will receive a tracking number after purchase. Shipping to the EU now attracts an additional 20% sales VAT tax post Brexit.
